下腹壁動脈

在人體解剖學中，下腹壁動脈（Arteria epigastrica inferior）指的是外髂動脈和上腹壁動脈的動脈吻合。與其伴行的有同名靜脈下腹壁靜脈。

解剖

下腹壁動脈源自於外髂動脈，比腹股溝韌帶稍微上方一些的地方。

下腹壁動脈會在腹膜下的結締組織中微微向前行走，後沿腹股溝環的內緣上行一小段後繼續上行，鑽入橫筋膜之間，並經過腹弓狀線前方，於腹直肌和後方筋膜之間上行。

下腹壁動脈會形成數個分支，並會在肚臍上方與上胸動脈、上腹壁動脈，以及最下肋間動脈形成動脈吻合。
