美国民权运动中的一次争议审判

芝加哥七人案(英語:Chicago Seven; United States v. Dellinger(美國訴德林格案)),又譯芝加哥七君子芝加哥七人幫[1]原稱芝加哥八人案(英語:Chicago Eight),又稱共謀七人案共謀八人案(Conspiracy Eight/Conspiracy Seven),是1968年民主黨全國代表大會英语1968 Democratic National Convention伊利諾伊州芝加哥市舉辦之際,在反越戰抗議活動中被指控違反反暴動法英语Civil Rights Act of 1968#Title X: Anti-Riot Act的七個人。

七名被告阿比·霍夫曼傑利·魯賓英语Jerry Rubin大衛·德林格英语David Dellinger湯姆·海登倫尼·戴維斯英语Rennie Davis約翰·弗羅因斯英语John Froines李·維納英语Lee Weiner。而巴比·希爾英语Bobby Seale為第八名被告,但只是意外被捲進該事件。
