角蟾属

角蟾科的一属两栖动物

角蟾屬(学名:Megophrys)是无尾目角蟾科下的一个。分布于东南亚地区。本属原包含多个物种,现大部分种类已被归入布角蟾属Boulenophrys)。

分类

角蟾属分类存在争议。一种意见认为无耳蟾属(Atympanophrys)、短腿蟾属(Brachytarsophrys)、拟角蟾属(Ophryophryne)、泛角蟾属(Panophrys)及异角蟾属(Xenophrys)都应视为角蟾属的同物异名[16]

2017年以后的多项研究都对角蟾属提出了不同的分类方案,一种是分为短腿蟾属、拟角蟾属、无耳蟾属、异角蟾属,同时将角蟾属限定于巽他古陆,婆罗蟾属则作为角蟾属的异名[17];另一种意见则将拟角蟾属、无耳蟾属、短腿蟾属、泛角蟾属和异角蟾属均降为亚属、并视为角蟾属的同物异名[18]
