The inner white tube is about 1 cm wide. The grey pipe is the drainage pipe. All cabling in this house is plastic; but these cables are still environmentally polluting (and not so very long lasting, nor repairable when broken) and copper and galvanized steel are better options (although these may not be as clearly marked in red/blue).
