The National Flag is the same on the sheath for two thirds of its flight and is made up of the colors turquoise blue, white and red, combined as follows: it is divided into two horizontal bands of equal width, the lower band is red and the upper band turquoise blue in the third part immediate to the pod and white in the remaining two thirds of its flight, with a white star with five points in the middle of the blue square. The diameter of this star is equal to half of one side of the square it occupies.
