基尔亥姆霍兹海洋研究中心

基尔亥姆霍兹海洋研究中心（GEOMAR Helmholtz-Zentrum für Ozeanforschung Kiel，简称：GEOMAR），原称莱布尼茨海洋科学研究所（德语：Leibniz-Institut für Meereswissenschaften）是一个位于德国基尔的海洋研究所，由州及联邦政府联合成立于2004年。[4] 它原是莱布尼茨学会的成员，[6] 2012年退出该学会加入亥姆霍兹联合会，并改现名[7][4]。此外它也是世界鱼类数据库联合会参与各方的协调者。[2] 该研究所参与全球所有大洋的海洋研究，[4] 在气候动力学、海洋生态学和生物地球化学、洋底动力与循环等领域成就突出。[8] 该研究所和基尔大学合作颁发学位，[3] 并运营基尔水族馆 [9] 和智库“Lithothek”。[10]
