密苏里州议会大厦（Missouri State Capitol）是美国密苏里州议会的开会地点和密苏里州州长的办公场所，位于密苏里州首府杰佛逊城。密苏里州议会大厦竣工于1917年。议会大厦的穹顶高73米。
