核糖核酸酶Ⅲ
RNA酶III(Ribonuclease III,简称RNase III或RNase C[1],BRENDA编号:3.1.26.3 (页面存档备份,存于互联网档案馆))为一类RNA酶,属切割双股RNA的内切酶,均具有RNA酶III结构域[2]。此类RNA酶参与rRNA、SnRNA、SnoRNA与miRNA等RNA的生成过程[3],可在细胞中的特定位置切割这些RNA的前驱物以产生成熟的RNA[4][5]。三域生物与部分病毒皆具有RNA酶III。

RNA酶III可依结构域分为四型[6]。切割miRNA前驱物的Drosha与Dicer分别属于三型与四型的RNA酶III[7][8]
