主星玉夫座δA,是一颗白色的A型主序矮星[3]视星等 +4.59。它的伴星玉夫座δB非常黯淡,视星等11.6,与主星距离4 弧秒,或超过175 天文单位。以74弧秒的更大间隔围绕这对恒星运行的是黄色的玉夫座δC,其视星等为9.4[9][10]

该系统是剑鱼座AB移动星群的候选成员,这是一个由年龄相似的恒星组成的星协,它们在太空中有著共同的航向[11]
