Fotor软体可在移动设备、桌上型电脑上使用，也能以网络应用程序形式线上使用[4]。软体提供了一套图像编辑工具和功能，供用户快速轻松地编辑及修饰图像。截至2014年，Fotor的应用程式支援14种语言[5]。
