- According to the Manual of Style on lists of persons, the list mentioned by you shall not exist in the first place:
There shall not be any "persons born here" listed in articles of administrative divisions. Such information should be represented by [adding all related articles into] a category, or creating a dedicated page for them [if more than 50 notable persons could be listed].
行政区划条目禁止嵌入“本地出身人物”等人物列表，此类信息应由“分类:××人”或独立列表体现。
- Despite not being an actual administrative division, expanding such consensus onto former de facto autonomous regions (during the period when Kowloon Walled City was a residential area, it was in an anarchy state) should be appropriate. Therefore, the list you wanted to edit is considered inappropriate to be included in the article.
- Sorry for not noticing such a mistake earlier in my previous edits and patrols. I have removed the list. For what to include in and how to form an in-article list, refer to the Manual of Style of lists in general and help on Wikitext syntax of lists.
- Because lots of policies and guidelines were once translated versions of that from the English Wikipedia, feel free to take reference from the later. - mediawiki2latex工具能将wiki内容转换为LaTeX、PDF、ODT和EPUB格式。由于最近的改进，现在代码运行速度快了许多。您也可以选择在本机的Docker容器安装该工具。

本周更改
MediaWiki的新版本将于1月16日部署至测试维基及MediaWiki.org。它将于1月17日部署至非维基百科wiki及部分维基百科，并于1月18日部署至所有wiki（参见日历）。 [8][9]- 1月17日起，将无法从Chrome浏览器的特定旧版本（版本51—66，2016—2018年间发布）登录维基媒体wiki。此外，iOS 12用户和Mac OS 10.14的Safari用户可能需要单独登录各个wiki。 [10]
