丹皮酚

丹皮酚paeonol)是在芍藥屬[2]植物(如牡丹)、 [3]一把傘南星[4]日本薯蕷中發現的一種酚類化合物。[5]它是某些中藥中的成分。[6]

生物學作用

已經觀察到丹皮酚在體外或動物模型中的許多生物學作用。丹皮酚可提高阿爾茨海默病大鼠模型的皮質細胞色素氧化酶和血管肌動蛋白水平,並改善其行為。[7]

丹皮酚具有抗突變活性。[3][5]它還在卡拉膠引起的痛覺過敏中具有抗炎鎮痛作用。[8]丹皮酚可通過調節組胺TNF-α抑制過敏反應[9]

金屬配合物

丹皮酚的金屬配合物分別在不存在和存在吡啶溶劑的情況下表現出四面體和八面體的幾何配形。[10]
