二甲硅烷基膦

二甲硅烷基膦是一種無機化合物,化學式為(H3Si)2PH,它可由甲硅烷基膦甲硅烷無聲放電得到,副產物為丙硅烷[1]或者通過溴甲硅烷磷二氫化鉀按化學計量比的反應製得[2]。三甲基硅基磷基鋰(Li[P(SiH3)2])和硫化氫的反應也會生成(H3Si)2PH,但同時會產生單取代和三取代的產物。[3]它可以和水或鹽酸反應,放出磷化氫[1]
