製備

六氟磷酸銅可由硝酸銅六氟磷酸銨按1:2化學計量比反應得到。[2]

Cu(NO3)2 + 2 NH4PF6 → Cu(PF6)2 + 2 NH4NO3

配合物

六氟磷酸銅可以形成配合物[Cu(L)2ONC(CN)2]PF6(L=鄰二氮菲2,2'-聯吡啶)。[3]
