共產國際國際聯絡部

共產國際國際聯絡部（俄語：Отдел международной связи，OMC^{[註 1]}）又稱不法聯絡部^[1]^[2]或對外聯絡部^[3]，下屬於共產國際執行委員會，被視為共產國際中最神秘的部門。主要負責向世界各國共產黨派遣人員、分發資金和傳達指令^[4]。

歷史

1921年7月由共產國際第三次代表大會決定成立。1922年6月11日至1934年8月首任領導為奧西普·皮亞特尼茨基。1935年8月，米哈伊爾·阿布拉莫維奇·特里利塞爾被任命領導聯絡部。1935年至1937年，鮑里斯·尼古拉耶維奇·梅立尼科夫領導國際聯絡部。

出版物

共產國際刊物《國際新聞通訊》，1921年開始出版。
