脫乙酰氧基頭孢菌素-C合酶
脫乙酰氧基頭孢菌素-C合酶（英語：Deacetoxycephalosporin-C synthase；EC 1.14.20.1）在酶學中是一個催化如下化學反應的酶。

此酶的三種底物分別是青黴素N、α-酮戊二酸與氧氣，而它的四種產物則分別是脫乙酰氧基頭孢菌素C、琥珀酸、二氧化碳與水。
此酶屬於氧化還原酶家族，特異性地作用於配對的供體，並以氧氣作為氧化劑結合或還原氧氣。被結合的氧無需藉由α-酮戊二酸作為一個供體或是被脫氫的方式被傳遞。此酶類的系統命名為青黴素-N,2-酮戊二酸：氧氧化還原酶（擴環）。通常使用的其他名稱包括了DAOCS、青黴素N擴環酶與DAOC合酶。此酶參與青黴素與頭孢菌素生物合成。
結構研究
2007年7月下旬時此類酶的結構已被解決，其蛋白質數據庫新增編號為1UNB、1UO9、1UOB、1UOF、1UOG、1W28與1W2A。
