三苯基碲化膦

三苯基碲化膦是一種有機磷化合物,化學式為(C6H5)3PTe,或簡寫為Ph3PTe,它在熱力學上不穩定,容易分解出[2]。它可由三苯基膦離子液體1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑鎓乙基硫酸鹽中於150 °C反應製得,儘管碲在該離子液體中的溶解度較小,但足以使反應進行;[3]甲苯也可用作反應溶劑。[4]它可以用於合成碲化鋅[5]
