五氟苯甲醛是一種有機化合物,化學式為C6F5CHO。它可由五氟苯甲醇的催化氧化製得。[2][3]它可以被進一步氧化為五氟苯甲酸。[4]它和苯甲硫醇在三乙胺存在下於乙腈中反應,可以得到4-苯甲硫基四氟苯甲醛。[5]
