拉斐特大橋（英語：Lafayette Bridge）位於美國明尼蘇達州聖保羅市中心，是52號美國國道橫跨密西西比河的大橋。大橋跨越密西西比河北岸的鐵路、河流本身以及密西西比河南岸的工業區，是雙城子地區最長的密西西比河橋樑之一。

老的拉斐特大橋修建於1960年代，1968年建成通車。在I-35W密西西比河大橋坍塌事故後，明尼蘇達州政府啟動了一系列可能存在問題的橋樑的更新計劃，包括了拉斐特大橋^[1]。
