氯丙胍
化合物
氯丙胍(英語:Chlorproguanil),又稱氯丙二胍,是一種抗瘧疾藥物[1]。20世紀90年代晚期到21世紀初,世衛組織的熱帶病研究和培訓特別規劃署(the Special Program for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases)曾聯合葛蘭素史克對此藥物研究[2],由於瘧疾開始對已有的氯喹/磺胺多辛/乙胺嘧啶聯合療法開始產生耐藥,氯丙胍因此成為其中一個候選藥物[3]。在開發測試中曾與青蒿琥酯進行聯合給藥用於改善接受瘧疾治療後產生的溶血反應。但由於在葡萄糖-6-磷酸脫氫酶缺乏患者身上會引發溶血性貧血等相關安全問題而導致此藥的開發進程被提前終止[4][1]。
