磷化鈰
磷化鈰是一種無機化合物,化學式為CeP,它是鈰的磷化物之一。它可由二氧化鈰和磷化氫在氫氣的存在下於1300 °C反應得到,[2]或由磷化鈉和氯化鈰在700~800 °C反應得到。[1]它在空氣中在900 °C以上會氧化為單斜的CePO4。[2]它在石英安瓿內和碘反應,可以得到CeSiP3。[3]
