糖磷脂酰肌醇
糖磷脂酰肌醇(英語:Glycosylphosphatidylinositol,ⓘ),或 glycophosphatidylinositol,糖基磷脂酰肌醇,縮寫 GPI)是一個短鏈糖脂,可以連接到蛋白質的C端,作為一種轉譯後修飾。含有GPI的蛋白質可以錨定在細胞膜上,在各種各樣的生物過程中發揮關鍵作用。[1] 它是通過磷脂酰肌醇基團與糖連接,再通過磷酸乙醇胺(EtNP)橋接到蛋白質C端的氨基酸殘基上。兩個疏水性磷脂酰脂肪酸長鏈用於錨定到細胞膜中。
