結構因子
在凝聚態物理學和晶體學中,靜態結構因子(或簡稱結構因子)是一種描述材料如何散射入射波的數學表示形式。結構因子在描述X射線、電子繞射和中子繞射實驗獲得的干涉圖樣時特別有用。
結構因子的測量不需要分辨散射的光子、電子或中子的能量。而能量分辨的測量可以得出動態結構因子。
