新大趾蝦蛄屬
蝦蛄的一個屬
新大趾蝦蛄屬（學名：Neogonodactylus）是甲殼動物蝦蛄之下的一個屬[1]；根據生物物種名錄，本屬是大趾蝦蛄科之下的分類單元[1]，1995年才由Raymond Manning描述[2][3]。Neogonodactylus species are well known for having sophisticated visual systems that allow them to detect UV light; this ability is essential to their communication and foraging strategies in their dynamic coral reef environments. (Ultraviolet vision in Larval Neogonodactylus oerstedii, n.d.).[4]
