痕量胺相關受體

痕量胺相關受體(英語:Trace amine-associated receptors,簡稱TAAR,有時也稱trace amine receptors)是一種G蛋白偶聯受體,於2001年發現。[1][2][3]其中,人類身上六個功能性痕量胺相關受體中的第一個,TAAR1英語TAAR1,因為是痕量胺內源受體這一獨特功能而在醫學界、製藥研究方面備受矚目——痕量胺是苯丙氨酸色氨酸以及苯丙胺甲基苯丙胺興奮劑的痕量代謝產物。[4][5][6][7][8][9]2004年的一份研究顯示,哺乳動物的TAAR1也是甲狀腺激素脫羧碘化代謝產物[6] 脊椎動物的TAAR2至TAAR9也可用作嗅覺受器,探測揮發性[10]
