遺傳標記
遺傳標記(英語:genetic marker)是已知在染色體上位置的一種基因或DNA序列,可被用於鑑定生物個體或物種。其可被描述為可觀測變異(可因位於基因組基因座中的突變或改變而產生)。遺傳標記可能是一段短的DNA序列,例如單個鹼基對改變的周圍序列(單核苷酸多態性,SNP)或一段長序列,例如小衛星序列。
