高絲氨酸脫氫酶
高絲氨酸脫氫酶(英語:homoserine dehydrogenase,EC 1.1.1.3 (頁面存檔備份,存於互聯網檔案館))是一種以NAD+或NADP+為受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種酶能催化以下酶促反應:

高絲氨酸脫氫酶參與甘氨酸、絲氨酸和蘇氨酸的代謝以及離胺酸的生物合成。高絲氨酸脫氫酶參與天冬氨酸途徑的第三步反應,在NAD或NADP的參與下將天冬氨酸半醛還原為高絲氨酸。[1][2]
