O-去甲基加蘭他敏(Sanguinine)是一種有毒生物鹼,化學式C16H19NO3,可見於血紅石蒜[1][2]香石蒜[3]金花石蒜[4]石蒜屬[5]以及包括22種觀賞水仙在內的水仙屬[6]等物種。在結構上為加蘭他敏上苯環上的甲氧基脫去甲基變成酚羥基得到。因結構中含有N-甲基結構,所以為乙酰膽鹼酯酶強抑制劑(IC50=0.06 μM),且抑制作用遠高於加蘭他敏(IC50=0.35 μM)[6][5]
