Terms of Service; Didn't Read

Terms of Service; Didn't Read(寓意「服務條款,未讀」;縮寫ToS;DR)是由社群組織的服務,旨在分析大型網站、網上服務的服務條款(TOS)和私隱權政策並為其分級。由志願者按照檢查單將服務條款和私隱政策各方面評定為正面、負面或中性,審查全面案例列表後,服務會分級為甲(A,最好)到戊(E,最差)。[3][4][5]該服務由Hugo Roy、工程師Michiel de Jong和設計師Jan-Christoph Borchardt於2012年6月創立,[6]並由當時的法學院學生Hugo Roy領導。[7]
