巴尔赫内行动

巴尔赫内行动为非洲萨赫勒进行中的反叛乱行动，开始于2014年8月1日。[16]行动由3,000人的法国部队领导，长期驻扎于乍得首都恩贾梅纳并以之为行动总部。[17]整个行动将与5个前法国殖民地国家合作：布基纳法索、乍得、马里、毛里塔尼亚及尼日尔，[17]这些国家则被称为“G5萨赫勒（英语：G5 Sahel）”。[18]行动名称“巴尔赫内”以撒哈拉沙漠的新月形沙丘为名。[19]

背景

巴尔赫内行动接续自薮猫行动及雀鹰行动（英语：Operation Epervier），前者为法国在马利的军事行动；[19]后者则在查德进行。[20]

目标

巴尔赫内行动目标为“成为法国萨赫勒地区反恐支柱”，[18]法国国防部长让—伊夫·勒·德里安称巴尔赫内行动主要目标为阻止恐怖主义：[16]“避免该地区成为利比亚与大西洋间圣战组织活动的通道，否则将会对安全造成严重后果”。[21]法国总统弗朗索瓦·奥朗德称巴尔赫内行动能够迅速、有效介入该地区的危机。[19]

巴尔赫内行动作战对象为马利、查德及尼日尔境内的伊斯兰极端份子，[16]并执行跨国界的任务。[16]

相关事件

自2014年8月1日行动开始后，法国部队于2014年11月的战斗中首次受到伤亡，并造成24名圣战份子死亡。[22]

2016年4月12日，3名法国士兵因装甲运兵车引爆了地雷，当时约有60辆各式车辆进行调动。[23]

2017年3月15日，法国军队于廷巴克图逮捕8名圣战份子。[24]

2017年4月5日，一辆装甲运兵车于洪博里被炸弹破坏，造成一名军官死亡，[25]其被授予法国荣誉军团勋章。[26]
