巴西兰省 （Basilan）是菲律宾的一个岛屿省份，位于民答那峨穆斯林自治区 (ARMM)。巴西兰省首府是伊莎贝拉市，位于三宝颜半岛外海的南方，也是苏禄群岛主要岛屿中最北的一个省份。
