布隆伯斯洞窟

布隆伯斯洞窟是位于南非开普敦以东约300公里的一个石灰岩溶洞。因发现了有7万年历史的刻有抽象设计和织纹的赭石珠子、贝壳,和8万年历史的骨制工具而成为著名的考古工地。另外亦发现了一些关于14万年前贝壳和捕鱼的证据。洞穴于1991年首次被发掘,考古工作自1997年起定期进行至今[1]。
