弯角骨螺
弯角骨螺（学名：Bolinus cornutus）是一种掠食性的海蜗牛。[1]它们广泛分布在非洲西岸，喜欢中等水深的海域。它们的壳很大，有刺及呈棒状，一般都是呈淡褐色或黄褐色，有笔直及很长的水管沟。

特征
弯角骨螺栖息在中等水深的海域，喜欢碎石或岩质基质。它们是肉食性及掠食性的。[2]
弯角骨螺含有丰富的紫色染料，一般称为骨螺紫。这种染料是鳃下腺的黏液，用来防御及协助掠食的。[2][3]
弯角骨螺的壳很厚大，有刺，呈棒状，体螺层很阔。壳可以长达20厘米。螺旋部很低，体螺层有6-7个螺层，每个螺层有2条长而中空的刺。水管沟笔直及长，其上也有短刺。壳呈淡黄色或黄褐色，在体螺层上有3道深色的螺旋形斑纹。壳孔呈卵状及白色，唇边、瓣壳质及滑层呈杏黄色。壳的外表面都很粗糙。[4][2][5][6]
