接受理论
接受理论（英语：Reception theory），是一种涉及读者读后感的文学理论。根据接受理论，读者在阅读书籍或观看电影时，会联想到个人的文化背景和生活经历。[1]
1960年代后半，接受理论以德国康斯坦茨学派（Constance School）为中心发展。[2]1969年，汉斯-罗伯特·尧斯受孔恩的范式理论影响，在〈文学史作为文学理论的挑战〉（Literary History as a Challenge to Literary Theory）中，针对文学史提出三大范式：古典、实证及美学[2]。在该文中，尧斯亦提出接受理论的早期观点。[2] 该理论框架下，尧斯认为文本无客观意义，强调读者的“预期视域”（英语：horizon of expectations），即读者文化背景和生活经历，与文本间往复辩证，达成高达美诠释学所称的“视域交融”（英语：fusion of horizons）。[2][3] 而接受史，便是关注文本的意义在历代读者视域中的转变。文学史，在此观点下是必须不断重述的历史[2]。
在传播理论方面，文化理论家斯图亚特·霍尔是接受理论的主要倡议者。霍尔1973年作品〈电视话语的编码与解码〉中提出“编码/解码沟通模型”（英语：Encoding/decoding model of communication），即霍尔理论，关注受众的“协商”和“反对”。换言之，文本，无论是书籍、电影或是其他创作作品，并不只是由受众被动接受，而是受众根据其个人的文化背景和生活经历来解读文本的意义。文本的意义，不在于文本本身，而是在文本与读者之间的关系中创造出来。[1]
