髌骨肌腱炎

髌骨肌腱炎,又称跳跃膝,是一种因过度使用造成伸直膝关节肌腱受伤[1]。症状包括膝关节前侧疼痛[1]。疼痛和压痛通常发生在髌骨的下端,但也可能发生在膝盖上端[2]。一般来说,休息时不会感到疼痛[2]。可能的并发症包括髌骨肌腱断裂英语Patellar tendon rupture [2]
