5 Broadgate
5 Broadgate是英国伦敦的一座写字楼，于2015年落成，位于伦敦市中心的金融区，楼高12层，瑞银的英国总部亦设在5 Broadgate。2018年6月，长江实业集团以10亿英镑向英国房地产信托英国置地及新加坡政府投资公司收购5 Broadgate。GIC则是在2013年从黑石收购5 Broadgate一半业权。[1][2][3]
2022年3月，长江实业以12.1亿英镑出售5 Broadgate物业。[4]
