 事实证明，运动员本身的情绪及心理状态与乒乓球技术融为一体有两个好处，第一将会使运动员的技术水平层次有巨大的提高，二、确保运动员的情绪和心理状态不受或较少受到比赛中场上形势的影响。而以上两条是比赛中最重要的两个因素。

Table Tennis Skill---The Integration of Athelete and Ball

The skill aims to  fuse the emotion and psychological state of the athelete and his Table Tennis skill , and finally   come to a condition of "Integration of Athelete and  ball".

It has been proved in practice that it has two benefits: it promote athelete's Table Tennis skill obviously and make the the emotion and psychological state of the athelete hardly affected by the score in a match , which are the most important factors of the  Table Tennis match .Welcome to  discuss it together !
