伊恩·拉什是前威尔士职业足球运动员，在1980年至1996年间为威尔士足球代表队共上场73次，并射入28球[1]。

拉什于1980年5月21日首次为威尔士上场，球队于1980年英国本土四角锦标赛（英语：1979–80 British Home Championship）以1–0败予苏格兰[2][3]。1982年5月27日，拉什于对阵北爱尔兰的英国本土四角锦标赛（英语：1981–82 British Home Championship）比赛中射入个人首个国家队进球，协助球队以3–0于主场击败对手[4]。

1991年，拉什于对阵德国的欧锦赛预选赛比赛进球，协助球队以1–0击败当时的世界杯冠军[5][6][7]。
