A2058
A2058 (亦称ATCC CRL-11147)是人类恶性黑色素瘤细胞系,最初分离自一位43岁的人类男性转移性脑癌患者[1]。A2058细胞具有高度移动特性,并且表达神经生长因子[2]及神经生长因子受体[3]。高度糖基化的CD93跨膜蛋白分布在A2058细胞的细胞膜,尤其在细胞与细胞接触的位置,其延展面积比载体控制细胞为大,并且促进细胞间紧密的接触,故而加入CD93抗体及耗尽细胞培养基中的钙离子会破坏以CD93蛋白作为媒介的A2058细胞贴附[4]。有研究指出蜜蜂蜂毒会诱发A2058细胞的凋亡,短时间内便可令胞体外与内质网的钙离子进入细胞内,所以钙离子在细胞内的浓度会快速上升[5]。
