四膜蟲醇合酶（英語：Tetrahymanol synthase，或稱作鯊烯-四膜蟲醇環化酶，squalene-tetrahymanol cyclase，EC 4.2.1.123）是一種最早分離自四膜蟲的一種酶，催化鏈狀三萜鯊烯生成五環三萜四膜蟲醇的反應，該反應可逆^[1]^[2]：
