氦氖雷射器

氦氖雷射器或He-Ne雷射器是一種常見的氣體雷射器，其高能介質的增益介質由比例（5:1和20:1之間）的氦和氖的混合物組成，總壓強為1托，儲存在一個小型放電裝置內。最廣泛使用的氦氖雷射器的工作波長為6328Å（632.8奈米），位於可見光譜的紅色部分，是在1962年貝爾實驗室^[1]^[2]中研發的。
