組氨酸甲酯

組氨酸甲酯(英語:Histidine methyl ester,縮寫HME)是一種胺基酸酯,化學式為C7H11N3O2,可作為組氨酸脫羧酶的不可逆抑制劑[2][3][4]。它和苯甲醛反應,經氰基硼氫化鈉還原, 可以得到N-苄基組氨酸甲酯[5]
