葡萄嗜熱菌屬（學名：Staphylothermus）為硫還原球菌目硫還原球菌科的一屬革蘭氏陰性菌。棲息於海底沉積物或「黑煙」。此屬的模式種為海洋葡萄嗜熱菌(Staphylothermus marinus)。
