豆甾烷醇
豆甾烷醇(英語:Stigmastanol,或稱為谷甾烷醇,sitostanol,豆甾烷-3β-醇,Stigmastan-3β-ol)是一種存在於許多植物中的植物固醇,這一類的化合物能抑制人體對食物中膽固醇的吸收[1][2][3]。動物實驗表明豆甾烷醇還能抑制肝臟膽固醇的合成[1]
