鹌鹑肉
鹌鹑肉是指雉科动物鹌鹑的肉[1]。曾经法国饮食文化中的鹌鹑肉来自西鹌鹑,但现在吃到的鹌鹑肉很有可能来自日本鹌鹑。波兰饮食、马尔他饮食、义大利饮食、墨西哥饮食和印度饮食中也有鹌鹑肉。人们在吃鹌鹑肉时通常连骨头一起吃,因为这些骨头很容易嚼碎,而且鹌鹑的体型很小,所以骨肉分离会稍显困难。
