MALAT-1(英语:metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1的缩写,也称为NEAT2noncoding nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 2)是一个长链非编码RNA基因,表达于细胞核,在哺乳动物中高度保守[3]。MALAT-1参与调控细胞核的组织、mRNA的选择性剪接、DNA的表观遗传修饰等细胞中的多种反应,可控制参与肿瘤远端转移的基因表现[4]。此RNA表现异常与糖尿病癌症等多种疾病有关[5][6],其高表现和多种癌症较差的存活率呈正相关[7][8]
