座囊菌綱

子囊菌门真菌的一纲

座囊菌綱學名:Dothideomycetes)是子囊菌門盤菌亞門下的一綱,共包含11個目、90個科、1300個屬及超過19000個種。[1][2]傳統上本綱的大多數真菌都被算作腔菌(loculoascomycetes),不過現在這一分類已不被接受。[3]本綱原先認為的一些傳統的形態學特徵現在發現並非是特殊的,目前的劃分是基於DNA序列的比較進行的。[4]
