正常化偏誤

正常化偏誤是一種認知偏誤,是指人們不相信或不擔心、忽視其他人提出或觀察到的可能的威脅和警告。[1]因此此時人們會低估了災難發生的可能性、災難的蔓延時間以及災難帶來的潛在的不利影響。 [2]正常化偏誤導致許多人沒有為自然災害、市場崩盤和人為錯誤造成的災難做好充分準備。據報道,大約70%的人在災難期間表現出正常化偏誤。[3]
