木聚醣
木聚醣是植物細胞中主要的半纖維素成分,占植物細胞乾重的35%,是一種豐富的生物質資源,是自然界中除纖維素之外含量最豐富的多醣。
結構
木聚醣的結構是一種多聚五碳醣,由木糖通過β-1,4醣苷鍵連接成糖鏈[2]。在某些藻類中也有β-1,4或β-1,4-1,3混合連接的主鏈[3]。 根據不同取代基可將木聚醣分為3種[1]:
